Meet Stanley Westfield, a boy from the little town of Sugarfield whose dream is to become an Ophthalmologist. Worried he won't get into med school, Stanley borrows an ID from Melvin Napier, a drunken slacker, and takes the med school entrance exam as a practice run before retaking it under his real name.

Now, Stanley's a 1st-year medical student with one of the highest med school entrance exam scores in history, second only to Melvin, whom Stanley gave the highest score ever recorded.

Melvin's high score makes him famous and pressures him to give medical school a try. But the chances of history's highest scores coming from two kids from the same little town are less than zero, and the Undergraduate Dean of Medicine isn't fooled. He's sure they cheated. He just isn't sure how—yet.

Join us in this light-hearted adventure as Stanley juggles the rigors of med school, staying one step ahead of the Dean and keeping a complete slacker from exposing it all.
